I started with 7 steps and found it interesting, simple and challenging. My mind is crowded with thoughts and it gets overwhelmed but this app made its trick and I am seeing the progress. Now I am using 10 minutes meditation several times a day and it brings me joy. I can tell that I get into more or less no thoughts mode more quickly. Thanks for his app. You are doing great work.
